After our call, if you're keen to appoint me, like to find out more, we'll arrange a meeting during which we'll go into more detail about your wedding and the particular areas where you'd like support. I'll listen to your particular preferences, worries, anxieties and pinch points and will get to know more about your story, how you met, your passions and how your wedding day will be a reflection of your unique relationship. Either during or after our meeting, I'll then present my recommendations to you in terms of the level of service you'd benefit from and my fees.
To confirm my appointment, I'll send you a letter of engagement and a deposit invoice and once actioned, you can say goodbye to any more wedding worries - I'll be by your side from that point forward.

I offer both full service design and planning and also partial planning which includes wedding day management; this means that wherever you are on your wedding planning journey, we can work together and you can instantly benefit from the reassurance of knowing that you have an experienced professional by your side.
So, whether you've just got engaged and don't know where to start with your venue search and supplier selection... or whether you've found your dream venue and just need a guiding hand to bring your vision to life ... or perhaps you have organised everything you need, you just want to be able to relax on the day, celebrating with friends and family safe in the knowledge that behind the scenes we are discreetly ensuring that no detail will be overlooked (the one's you've thought of and the ones you haven't!)... Wedding Planning Fees
I summarise below the different planning options I offer and the associated fees. I am always happy to discuss a bespoke quotation for a fixed fee, based on chargeable days, taking in to account your exact requirements.
Full Service Wedding Planning and Event Organisation
Our fully designed and managed wedding planning and event organisation service is designed for clients who are looking for comprehensive, wraparound support, allowing them the luxury of knowing that - whilst they remain in control at all times of the look, feel and budget - the planning, organising and liaison required for this once in a lifetime celebration is in safe, capable, experienced hands with full guidance and advice along the way.
Whether you have a Pinterest page bursting with ideas or if it just seems too insurmountable to contemplate alone, we will listen to your dreams and goals, an will work with you to map out a step by step plan to bring your vision to life, hand picking the best suppliers to join our team and creating a master schedule, a critical timeline and a comprehensive budget document.
By taking our fully managed wedding planning or event organising service, you are giving yourself the gift of time - we take care of all the details and administration, giving you the time to do all the other things your are passionate about - no lost sleep over keeping track of all the details and deadlines, finding just the right florist or stationery designer, or making last minute changes to the seating plan - you can leave all that to us, ensuring that as the months and days count down, you can enjoy the planning experience while remaining cool, calm and stress free!
The fully managed wedding planning and event organising services includes:
- venue sourcing, contract negotiation, day to day liaison, full briefing and management of vendor movements and requirements
- supplier / vendor recommendations, briefing and daily liaison and management, for example:
Stationery: design layout and wording of invitations, information cards and RSVP cards, day stationery (signage, menus, orders of service, placement,
table plans); managing every stage from design, to amends, edits, final proofs, printing and delivery
Guest management: addressing and mailing invitations, managing RSVPS, special requests and requirements
Catering: selection of menu and accompanying wines, arranging and attending the tasting, advising and arranging stylish linen and tableware, managing
dietary requirements and crew food
Floral design: design and installation of key floral features, table centres, bar arrangements, occasion table decor and bespoke requirements
Photography and videography: preparation of detailed shot lists and schedules over multiple locations
Entertainment: ranging from big bands, party bands, DJs, acoustic musicians, walkabout performers, showstoppers and head line acts
Technical production : ambient lighting, dance floor lighting, staging, sound equipment, dance floor, special effects, pyrotechnics, performer riders
furniture hire: upgraded dining chairs, feature bar, styling pieces, chill out furniture
Transport: VIP chauffeur cars, MPV and coach hire
Support services such as hair and make up, bridal wear and accessories, gift list etc
- arranging and attending all consultations as necessary - menu tasting, floral samples consultation, make up trial, cake consultation, etc
- arranging and leading venue production meetings with all suppliers in advance of the day
- detailed schedule and critical timeline
- regular meetings and weekly status reports
- detailed budget and cost management
- full event management on the day of your wedding to ensure no detail is overlooked
Fees for my fully managed service are quoted for on a bespoke basis subject to the location and duration of your wedding or event.
As a member of the UKAWP (UK Association of Wedding Planners), I follow the industry standard which is 10%-15% of your budget or we can discuss a fixed fee based on chargeable days if preferred.
Partial Wedding Planning
including on the day management
PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING: 3 months to 6 weeks prior
If you have already started planning your wedding or event and have identified - or perhaps even secured - some of your preferred partners, such as the venue, the photographer or the caterer, but would now like to hand over to a professional planner to take forward, giving you back time as well as the assurance that no detail will be left unchecked, then this is the service for you.
I act as one point of contact for the venue and the suppliers, which saves you endless phone calls and emails, create the master schedule for the day, manage the budget, double and triple check all the arrangements, and pull together all the remaining details to create a seamless, smoothly planned experience for all of them and of course, you!
Partial planning is suitable from approx 6 months prior to the date of your wedding or event. Fees are agreed once the exact scope of your requirements are known.
ON THE DAY MANAGEMENT: 2 - 6 weeks prior
On the day wedding planning and event co-ordination is rather a misnomer - whilst the focus of the service is managing and overseeing all the arrangements on the day, in order to do this properly, the service actually starts at least 2 weeks before hand, allowing time for us to speak to all your suppliers, double check all the arrangements and the detail of the schedule and leave nothing to chance.
Fees therefore equate to the date of the event with approx 2-4 additional chargeable days preparation work as well.
If you consider how much you are paying your photographer to be there on the day (for less hours than I would be) plus their time for editing your photos and preparing your gallery, I would be allocating a comparable amount of time and expertise before your wedding day meeting with you then preparing and double checking all the arrangements, speaking to all the suppliers, preparing the schedule for the day, so my fee would be in line with a reputable photographer's fee.
